I worked my second shift on the registers today at work and man these customers HERE! I do my best to put on my nice voice and genuinely get into the swing of things, because we have to be perky. Most of the customers are nice and amicable, but there are a few that just get on my ever loving nerves. One lady wanted me to send her purchases to another state. Fine, I can do that. But then got upset when she had to pay shipping charges. Say word, Miss? You want us to pay to ship your shyt? Then got the audacity to huff and puff with me when I had to explain the add. shipping tax associated with sending BIG items. Ma'am...we charge additional shipping because the item is bulky...if we put them all in one box, that'd be a big ass box and again...costly. At the end of the day, Fedex charging us, so we charging you. Period. Uppity ass ppl aren't gonna stress me. I don't get paid enough for that.
